Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of PedidoIQ ("the Platform"), operated by NeuraCode Systems. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Platform — the PedidoIQ web application at pedidoiq.app and all subdomains
  • Restaurant Owner — a business that registers a restaurant on the Platform
  • Customer — an end user who places orders through a restaurant on the Platform
  • Partner — an individual or business that refers restaurants to the Platform

2. Restaurant Owner Accounts

By registering a restaurant, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to operate the restaurant and accept orders on its behalf
  • Menu prices, descriptions, and availability are accurate and up to date
  • You are responsible for food safety, preparation, and delivery
  • PedidoIQ is a technology platform — we do not prepare, deliver, or guarantee food quality

3. Customer Orders

  • Orders placed through the Platform create a contract between the customer and the restaurant
  • PedidoIQ facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the order
  • Refund and cancellation policies are set by each restaurant
  • Payment is processed by Stripe; PedidoIQ does not store payment credentials

4. Subscription & Fees

  • Restaurant owners choose a subscription plan (including a free tier)
  • A platform fee of up to 5% may apply on each transaction, depending on the plan
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data or systems
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automated-access the Platform beyond its intended use
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

The PedidoIQ platform, brand, and technology are owned by NeuraCode Systems. Restaurant owners retain ownership of their menus, images, and business data. By uploading content, you grant PedidoIQ a license to display it on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

PedidoIQ is provided "as is". We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost revenue due to downtime, order errors caused by restaurant-provided data, or issues with third-party services (Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Restaurant owners may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, the restaurant subdomain is released and data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

9. Partner / Affiliate Program

Partners who refer restaurants to PedidoIQ may earn commissions as described on the Partner page. Commission rates and terms are subject to change with 30 days notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email and dashboard notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
